FOOTNOTE TO LEGAL AGREEMENT: Lets face it, most if not ALL software contains bugs. Even software from the worlds leading software companies. Most times these bugs are minor, occasionally they are not. There is no doubt whatsoever that Adminsoft Accounts contains bugs. That is guaranteed! Coupled with that, computer hardware and their operating systems also contain bugs,
and they are affected by such things as hardware malfunctions, dirty power supplies, static electricity discharge, and even sun spot activity! NEVER assume the data in the accounts system is correct. That $10,000 sales invoice you entered last week may still be there, or it might have vanished. So, make sure you have the necessary checks and balances in place to ensure the integrity of your accounts system data. The actual procedures necessary will vary from business to business, depending on the size of your business, structure, the number of people using the accounts software, and so on. If in any doubt at all about how to implement such procedures, you are strongly advised to seek the assistance of an accounting professional. Do NOT rely on Adminsoft Accounts to produce accurate information. It is your responsibility to ensure the integrity of your accounts data at all times.
